Sophie’s been training me for about a year now, and since we’ve started I have gradually lost nearly 12 kg (2 stone) while building muscle and definition. Although I have trained with others before, it’s with Sophie that I’ve had the most progress towards my fitness and physique goals. I was a very reluctant latecomer to personal training, but Sophie made me feel relaxed from the very beginning.
