So what does it involve?
1. 2 x 30 minute online movement/exercise classes – You do not have to like exercise, be fit or strong. My classes are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. If you do not want to join in with the class online I will send you the workouts for you to do in your own time. For those of you who are interested in fitness all exercises will be progressive in difficulty.
2. 1 x weekly one day meal plan – Every week you will get a 1 day meal plan (Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, supper) so by the end of the 10 weeks you will have a 10 day meal plan with numerous easy healthy recipes.
3. 1 x Q & A session per week for you to ask me any questions that you may have.
